Mega Brands Story
Mega Brands, Incorporated, formerly known as Mega Bloks, Incorporated, offer children’s toys of all different types. The company was founded as Ritvik Toys, Incorporated by Victor Bertrand and his wife, Rita, in 1967. In 2002, the name was changed to Mega Bloks, Incorporated by the sons of the founders, Vic and Mark Bertrand.
In 2006, they changed the name to Mega Brands to reflect the fact that they made much more than Mega Blocks. Their mission is to encourage creativity in children and they do this through their many different products that they offer, from Mega Bloks to craft supplies to puzzles to action figures based on popular television shows and movies.
Mega Brands reaches over 100 different countries with their products. Their dedication to giving children products that will help to build their imagination is clearly seen in their wide selection of toys and craft products.
